"I thought the view was amazing but the room needs lots of help. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. The carpet was nasty. The furniture was really old and not in good condition. I tried to order a movie and a blue screen popped up every 2 minutes. I called service and she said I would not be charged but when I checked out I was charged for 2 movies. When I explained to them what happened they questioned me over and over. They ended up not charging me but it took to long and too many questions. The location was awesome! I read that they had just renovated the hotel. It looked that way in the lobby but not in my room. The room was not worth the money I paid."

"Our initial room was not cleaned so we had to move to another room and I felt like the room service was overpriced."

"This hotel is well worth the $79 per night that I paid. It is convienent to the Disney Attractions and the staff is helpful. I was not thrilled that the blankets were worn or the fact they DID NOT change the sheets, only remade the beds for our stay...But you get what you pay for. The bathroom could use some work, cracked tiles and shower water that was either hot OR cold. Overall the good out weighed the bad and it's a good value for the money."

"Hotel was excellent, very clean, friendly, qreat service and quiet.
The restaurant offered a great breakfast buffet with great service and very clean.
The bus service to Disney was very limited. Had to wait too long for rides. This services needs to be addressed."

"We were very satisfied with the hotel until breakfast. We were given the bill and the waitress insisted on us signing our room number instead of paying cash and she would put it into the computer immediately since we were about to check out. When I checked out, I discovered she had added a $5 tip to the bill. We were in a hurry and decided she needed it more than us, so we left without a complaint. It spoiled a perfect impression of the hotel."

"I thought it was beneath the qaulity resort reputation that a Diseny Resort has to have some one in the lobby trying to sell me time shares in a condo. This is the type activity you get walking through the streets of a lesser resort area like Gatlinburg,TN."
