"I did not like the long walk to and from parking.
I also did not like the inconvenience of not being able to use the suitcase carriers to transport my luggage. The hotel was beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful. I changed rooms and the staff was very patient with me. I appreciated the "customer first" attitude. Loved the spa. Enjoyed the massage and the steam room the most."

"Not impressed with the transportation system to the resorts. Visitors have to allow 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day to go back and forth to a theme park. Very inconvenient especially when buses are full.
Turn on your night lights when going down the path to the pool."

"Was suppose to have an early checkin - that didn't happen. Finally got to our room after visiting wonderful Disney World around midnight. Then at 8:00 there was a knock at the door for housekeeping. Which was totally uncalled for. I told her we were checking out and not need to clean. Finally got back to sleep and then there was another knock at the door at 9:00 for housekeeping again.
Also, didn't understand what the additional fees were for. My $143 room ended up costing me. $188.50. And the desk clerk could not provide me with a detailed bill.
But I love Disnesy World and the room was clean and convenient."

"Hotel was OK, but not to the expected Wyndham standards. The room assigned to us was full of mold and mildew, which triggered allergic reactions to my family members. They did promptly moved us to another room."

"The required $10.00 a day fee was outragious. If it is a required fee, just put it in to the room fee and do not make it a seperate charge. To those of us who did not use, nor want to use, the pool and other offers of this fee, this is comes off as a sneeky, greedy fee that no one wants to be hit with after they have just driven 10 hours and trying to check in at 12 midnight with 2 tired kids and one tired husband. Our room was beside the elevator and I heard it going up and down and banging all night. I don't think it was worth the money. I was disapointed because we had stayed at another Wyndam hotel in Orlando before, and loved it."

"For a Whyndham I was expecting way better servive. They wer eunderstaffed. Lines were long for check in...not early check in option for people landing in FL before 3:00. One of the bed spreads in my daughters room had blood stains on the liner."

"The communication between the valet and bellman was very poor. We actually had to look for someone to help us with our bags, and the bellman said to go to the valet, the valet said go inside and get a bellman. Major miscommunitcation issues.
The restaurant, The Outback, was not very good at all (FOOD QUALITY)."

"I loved the coffee cup deal for $9.95 unlimited coffee or other drinks all of our stay. Rooms were very clean and well managed.My only complaint was the receptionist at the desk on Oct. 23 when we had problems with ALAMO picking us up to go get our shuttle to get our rental.
My sister went for help to contact ALAMO because the agent had left for the day, and we had already checked out of our room and she was of no help to us at all. Not very professional on her part, especially for two women alone with no car or room to stay and in a different country. All she did to help us was dial a number and connect us to the state of Utah and said that!s all I can do and seemed like she didn!t care if we got transportation or not...too busy. That!s the only problem we had othwerwise I had a great time.....Loved the turtles in the lake...that was an enjoyment every morning. Also loved the hot tub and pools. A most enjoyable stay until the last day. thanks."
