"The Hotel's Key Card has the address and phone number of an advertiser, Flipper's Pizzeria, listed as if it were the address and phone number of the hotel itself. I had some car trouble and gave this information to a tow truck, which as a result couldn't find the place... Very poorly printed keycard."

"The "Transportation Center" needs a lot of work. We had a handicapped individual in our party and it was like a Mission to Space to get a vehicle with a wheel chair lift...and once we got the bus, it was somewhat "broke", until the poor bus driver got out and manually got out and pulled the lift out. Then we were sceptical about putting anything on it. But Phillipe (the driver) went above and beyond the call. However, Xavier (on the phone for transportation) was less than accomodating, having "accidentally" hung up on me twice. Now on to the hotel, Wanda at the front desk was the best, give her a raise. As a matter of fact, it seemed like the night crew (those on duty after 11PM) were all really great. For some reason, the pool was closed early (at least a hafl hour that I know of) and I was disappointed because I'd liked to have enjoyed a warm swim after a day of being rained on and waiting in parking lots for busses."

"Elevator lobbies could be cleaned better. They were always full of trash. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit to the hotel. Would consider staying again at same hotel."
