"We were told that the beds would be a King and Queen sleeper sofa. On arrival I complained to your organisation that it was in fact a full bed and Queen sleeper. On 12/28/03 Elizabeth on the emergency telephone response line handled my complaint and said she would refund the handling fee but that was all she could do. I asked her to phone the hotel and see if they could switch us but did not hear back from her. I would like this fee refunded as it is too late to do anything elsw now. The hotel also miss handled our car rental arrangements. The room was very cramped and with the sleeper out we could not move about the kitchen at all."

Sunterra Cypress Pointe Grand Villas Resort is convenient to Cape Canaveral, the Everglades, and Walt Disney World. For beach life, you can choose between the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico. On-site recreation includes an outdoor swimming pool with a central volcano, an outdoor spa, children's pools, basketball court, shuffleboard court, tennis court, children's playground, exercise room, and game room. The resort also has a poolside cafe, gift shop/grocery store, lakeside gazebo, and barbecue area.

The hotel is conveniently located two miles from the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Lake Buena Vista Shopping Village is three miles away, Sea World Orlando and Discovery Cove are five miles away, and Mystery Fun House, Orange County Convention Center, Universal Orlando Resort, and Wet N Wild are all within ten miles of the hotel. The Citrus Bowl is 15 miles away, Central Florida Zoo is 35 miles, and Busch Gardens Tampa and Kennedy Space Center are 60 miles from this location.

The luxury studio suites are 360 Sq. and accommodate up to 2 people. They have one queen size bed, full roman bath, toilet and double vanity, cable TV
and telephone.

One bedroom suite are 524 Sq. and accommodate 4 people. They have one queen size bed and one queen sofa sleeper, with kitchenette, full roman bath, shower, toilet and double vanity. All units have cable TV and telephone. One bedroom units do not have washer/dryer.

Our two bedroom suites are spacious and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms have a king bed, 2 twin beds, queen sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi tub and shower, guest bathroom has tub/shower combo, full kitchen, 2 televisions, washer/dryer, and screened in balcony or patio.
