"Our family loved the Wilderness Lodge! Transportation to & from Disney parks, water parks etc. was great. Hotel workers always friendly, courteous and eager to help make our stay the best! We really enjoyed the recreational activities at the hotel ie. boats, pool & game room. Room was nice w/ great view. Any requests for service were attended to asap ie. extra blanket. Only minor complaint...food selection available. There was a cafeteria style where food was OK or 2 restaurants, one family-oriented, but pricy and the other offered a bit more up-scale fare & thus higher prices seeemed appropriate."

"We only stayed one night, but the hotel was fun! The room was very small for 2 adults & 2 children at $300 plus a night. We would stay there again, but not go to the parks, and enjoy what the hotel has to offer in order to get our monie's worth."

"I think it would be better to have a breakfast "buffet" as an option instead of ordering separate meals, like a "brunch" with fruits, breads, cereals, eggs, etc."

"Check-in was frustrating and lengthy. The suite room was small compared to other suites we have stayed in, and for the price, i expected a bit more. I did appreciate the transportation to the attractions and the convenience of buying the tickets within the hotel. But, the room key/credit card/Disney ticket combo was a fiasco as the magnetic strips did not work properly and i had to get 4 out of 5 tickets converted to paper once at the park. And no, i didn't have it near a cell phone. I observed many, many individuals having the same experience with the tickets as i had. A major headache."

"Worth staying here, even if you do not visit any of the other DisneyWorld attractions. Great on-site facilities, beautiful setting and public areas. The staff go out of their way to be friendly and accomidating."

"My wife found the laundry facilities to be very substandard for this kind of facility. The washers and dryers were expensive to use, and most of them were out of order or badly in need of repair. A repairman was there, but even he was overwhelmed! It took my wife 4 hours to do one load of laundry! Many of the other guests there were complaining. These are families with children who need this sort of amenity at a family hotel--and it should not be disregarded.
Other than that, the hotel gets excellent marks. The staff is extremely helpful, and the Artist Point restaurant is superb! Just wish transportation was easier, so you didn't have to take the bus to the Ticket Center to transfer to a monorail."

"Would have prefered a larger pool. It is fine for younger children but I had teenagers."
