"ODOR IN ROOM, DID NOT RECEIVE REQUEST WE WERE PROMISED, HAD TO CHECK IN LATE, PHONES DID NOT WORK, NOT WORTH THE MONEY THAT WE PAID FOR THE ACCOMMODATIONS, WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WITH SMALL CHILDREN!!"

"When I made reservation's in August I was told to show my AAA membership to card to get an additional amount off of the quoted rate of $89 a night. When I arrived we were first put into a room with a queen size bed (at the same rate quoted for a king size) and the lady at the desk told me that having a AAA membership card, wouldn't change anything. I finally complained to the manager about the small bed and he moved us to a room in a wing at the hotel with a king size bed. That was fine but I am notifying my AAA office here in Louisville to let them know that a AAA membership gets us no discount at your hotel. I made reservations almost four months in advance and I still had a hazzle at checkin. Pathertic. My wife and I have stayed at your hotel numerous times in our travels to Orlando but this will be our last stay there. As traveler's we DO NOT WANT OR NEED a hazzle ona vacation. Fortunately, the temperature in Orlando was cool during our stay as the AC unit in our room barely kept the room temperature at 74 degrees F. What a disappointing stay.

"Staff were pleasant. I didn't ask for anything special so don't have an impression about how attentive staff might be. Hotel was fine, but impersonal, as I have found most midrange large hotels."
