"For the amount of money we paid for two nights, $455.00, I feel the rooms should be bigger and have more to offer. There are no mini refrigerators, no balcony, the bathroom was very small the door opened too close to the toilet, the door stuck and the rooms are old. The room was basically like a Holiday Inn except the heavenly bed, big deal!! The rooms are not worth the price. Nice staff, decent food and nice grounds, but still not worth the money."

"Was confused by the shuttle bus. We thought there was one from Epcot gates to the hotel. We were tired at the end of the day and didn't want to walk back to the boat. (also thought there was a shuttle bus)"

"This was not what I expected when booking a Disney Resort Hotel. Twice the room was not made up by 4 PM and we had to call to have housekeeping come. Bathroom cleanliness was not what you would have expected at a Disney property. No vending machines in the hotel to get sodas. No refrigerator in room other than mini bar. No real breakfast restaurant at the Swan. Had to go to the Dolphin for breakfast. Very inconvenient. Would never book at either the Swan or Dolphin and we've been to Disney Resorts over 20 times. Very disappointing in the level of service as well as the size of the room. Carribean Beach had larger rooms with a refrigerator and better service."

"1. The shower area is starting to show the age of the hotel.
2. Thought there was not enough boats during the prime morning hours
to Epcot and MGM"

"Hotel was very nice, and the food was good. It was great being right on the Boardwalk so we could just walk there. My kids loved the pool area. There is a fun slide!"

"We enjoy Epcot and MGM therefore location was excellent. I thought the Disney desk closed too early. When I lost my ticket, the guest services desk at the park was unable to help me and when I got back to the hotel, the desk was closed. Of course after I picked up my reciept in the hotel room, then I was able to get the help I needed. There was a lot of mildew/mold in the vaniety area and the mirror in the bathroom had water damage that could have been easiely taken care of. There was one concierege person who was quite unfriendly, I didn't get her name, yet there was another one who went above and beyond. She was very nice. When we had to reregister, and the hotel had more available room, I asked for a "free upgrade" (lots of hotels do this) the women behind the counter LAUGHED at me. That was quite embarrassing. I have done this before on cruises and at other hotels and NEVER been given that response. Not being able to use the room key as a charge card and a hopper pass, is very inconvient. Also at other disney properties, when you buy something, you can have is sent to you hotel. This would be a nice addition for the Swan too. The beds and bedding were very nice."

"the hotel is well maintained, well run, rooms clean, very comfortable beds, with down duvets etc.. room has very dim lighting which can be a bit of a problem, as room appears to be very dark.
on demand movies, very expensive for the kids to watch, and very easy for them to activate themselves, as well as video games in room, but none of it free of charge. Buses run frequently to all attractions, which is a pleasure, as you never have to use your own car, and look for parking etc. Breakfasts were okay, and on the whole, i have no complaints about this hotel, and would recommend it."

"The room smelled like deodorizer. We waited to check into our room until 5:00 p.m. after driving all day and hoped to check in by 3:00 p.m."

"The decor was awful! I realize it's part of the whole Disney thing but it could have been much better. Tacky, too busy and didn't fit the Starwood amenities of a great comforter on the bed, a great shower head and high-speed connections in the room. It was a contradiction in terms of style and amenities. UGLY!!!!!!!"

"Misleading literature about transportation to Magic Kingdom and restaurants on site, long wait for transport to hotel from park, dirty room:mildew, bugs, smell, carpet, outragious price for room, hallways and overall hotel needs complete reburbishment. We have traveled extensively throughout the world and have stayed at hotels that far excede the quality and service found at this hotel for half the price."
